Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic candidate to support the business development team and the CCO in building and managing the partnership programme.

The Partner Development Manager will create, develop and manage new partnerships between our company and other businesses to deliver new business opportunities.


  • Establish and manage relationships with new business partners in the VC ecosystem as well as corporate finance.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with current partners and support connecting the business development team to prospective clients.
  • Communicate with all levels of an organisation, including senior management, the board of directors, the CEO, and administrative staff.
  • Plan and monitor the progress of collaboration and events with partners.
  • Design communication to the portfolio of clients and the ecosystem regarding new partnerships and activities.
  • Engage in discussions regarding long-term planning and goals.
  • Work as part of a team.
  • Work on specific business development targets.


  • Proven experience managing partnership programmes.
  • Proven experience in a business development function.
  • Excellent project management skills, including reporting on progress.
  • Experience working in the tech and VC ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An advantage is if you have worked with other high-growth and VC-backed companies.
  • An advantage if you have worked with other fintech organisations.
  • Self-starter with a drive for results.

The interview process will consist of three stages:

  1. Application stage – only selected candidates will be contacted.
  2. Online interview stage – 30 min competency-based interview.
  3. Team interview stage – in-person meeting in our office.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £41,544.00-£45,286.00 per year
